By setting up contract pricing, you can work with your customers to improve your business relationships. The fixed price list feature lets you work with key customers on specific pricing models. Create a price list consisting of parts and fixed prices that apply only to a select customer. You have the option of maintaining one or more price lists for a customer and currency combination at a time. For customers using multiple currencies, price lists can be based on the conversion factors for each particular currency. Sales managers and other key sales staff can apply special pricing considerations, already established for an individual customer, at the front end of the sales process by marking a quote or sales order as a contract document. The fixed price list feature also provides reports that you can use to query the price lists and retrieve information on which pricing documents require signatures. |
